I currently have this account and use it as my primary checking account. You get free ATM usage when using any ATMS on the AllpointNetwork. Free electronic Bill Pay and Free electric checks. (Note that this account does not use paper checks. A paper check can be generated, but it needs to be done online)

They also offer pretty competitive interest rates (APY) for a chcking account:
